Yes, you need to bring your ID as Orleans is a 21+ venue (Unless stated otherwise). 

ID scan is installed in the venue at the front door, which means EVERYONE attending Orleans MUST HAVE a VALID form of photo ID to present to be scanned on entry (no exceptions).

Accepted forms of ID are: Current Passport, Full Driving License, Provisional Driving license, Valid Photo Cards featuring the pass hologram. 

Photocopies, photos or screenshots of IDs are NOT ACCEPTED.

By entering the licensed venue you are agreeing to be searched on entry and exit. 

Exit searches may be carried out to deter theft of customers property. 

Entry searches on your person and your bag are carried out for your own safety. 

Our door policy doesn’t allow glass bottles, wine bottle openers, any sharp objects or illegal substances to be brought inside the venue.

Dress code is smart/casual. 

Jeans and smart trainers are allowed. 

No hoodies and No Jogging Bottoms (Tracksuits).

Please note that we will only guarantee to keep lost property for one week. 

Please make special arrangements with us if you need us to hold it any longer than this. 

Collections can be made Tuesday - Sunday with prior arrangements
